Decisions made based on our reports without further professional advice.
Changes in municipal regulations after report delivery.
Site conditions or restrictions unknown at the time of assessment.
Pricing changes due to market conditions, including Tariffs.
The scoring systems we provide — including, but not limited to, FitEasy and PermitEasy rankings — are intended as general guidance tools only. These scores are derived from a combination of factors such as past municipal responses to similar designs, client feedback, internal evaluations, and insights from experienced builders.
These scores are not guarantees. They do not represent a certainty of approval, ease of permitting, or site fit in any particular jurisdiction or property. Actual outcomes may vary significantly depending on your municipality, lot-specific conditions, regulatory changes, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We recommend that all users treat these scores as indicative rather than definitive and seek direct consultation or confirmation for their specific project before relying on them for decision-making.
Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
